By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The order is placed in the following steps:

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date, Invoice

(1) The stated prices include the legal value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs may be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment via: Klarna/Sofort, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

(3) The invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided during the order within 1-3 days after delivery. Please also check your spam/junk mail folder, as the invoice may end up there.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise stated clearly in the product description, all items we offer are ready to be shipped within 1-2 days (in exceptional cases: 3-5 days). Delivery is made here by country. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details. The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer in the case of payment in advance, and in all other payment methods, it starts on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer upon delivery, even in the case of mail-order purchases.

Our policies include the right to remove products and their stocks at any time as needed. If, for any reason, a ordered product is unavailable, we reserve the right to collaborate with our partners such as TEMU, AliExpress, and similar Suppliers to ensure delivery to our customers. Additionally, we are registered in the Amazon Associates Partner Program. Please note that affiliate links lead to Amazon, and we receive a portion of the commission when a customer orders through these links. We prioritize honesty and transparency with our customers.

(3) Please be aware that customs fees may be applied to all products, regardless of the reason for their importation. It is solely the customer's responsibility to inquire about the taxes, fees, and customs duties that may be levied upon the arrival of the shipment in the recipient's destination country. We BLAUHIMMELS cannot provide information regarding the amount of customs costs, as this depends on various factors such as the destination country, tax laws, and the nature of the product. Therefore, we recommend that you inquire directly with the customs authorities or the embassy of the destination country before shipping your package regarding applicable fees.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price is fully paid.
