Please note that we do not ship directly from our location. Most products in our online shop, with a few exceptions, are exclusively shipped from abroad.

We would like to point out that the tracking provided by our international sellers may only be available once your order has reached the destination country. However, we emphasize that many of our products and suppliers offer comprehensive tracking.

Canceling items and orders

You can cancel your order within 90 minutes of completion (IF NOT SHIPPED!) by sending an email request to (kontakt@blauhimmels.com).

Customs duties and import regulations for international orders

So far, no cases have occurred in which customers had to pay customs duties for orders on our website. We are confident that this will continue in the future. However, like any other company, we cannot provide a guarantee, as this depends on international goods traffic.
