With the textbook-independent "Read It" books, children acquire reading skills independently. The challenges increase with the acquired skills.

At first, children read individual words, later short sentences, and finally increasingly complex texts. In doing so, they gain reading experience with different text types (short stories, non-fiction texts, rhymes, fairy tales, crime stories, newspapers, letters, puzzles).

Supplementary reading exercises with clear action tasks (such as drawing, ticking or connecting) challenge and promote reading accuracy and text comprehension.
