How can I better extend the life of the printer?
Make sure the printer is turned off before installing or removing ink cartridges.
How can I better protect the ink cartridge nozzle?
Close the protective cover in time when you are not using the ink cartridges. Dip a soft paper towel in a small amount of alcohol and then gently wipe the nozzle in one direction.
Why is the printer screen not working?
If the printer screen does not work, please calibrate the printer screen.
Can the printer be equipped with photoelectric sensors?
Yes, our inkjet printer has a customized photoelectric sensor. Please consult customer service before purchasing.
Can the printer print on bottles?

What should I do if the printer does not print?
Check that the timing belt on the left side of the printer is not in the groove.
Check if there is ink in the ink cartridge.
Change the printer nozzle in the settings.
Turn off the printer and reinsert the ink cartridge.
The printer's ink cartridge can print, but the print is not clear. What should I do?
Check that the ink cartridge nozzle is clean and dry, and then gently wipe the nozzle with a clean, soft cloth.
Remove the ink cartridge while the printer is turned off, shake the nozzle downward several times, and press a clean paper towel onto the surface of the nozzle to drain the ink in the container.
Change the printer nozzle in the settings.
If the problem persists, please replace the ink cartridge.
What should I do if lines appear when printing?
The ink cartridge dries quickly. If there is any line drawing, please gently wipe the nozzle with a clean soft cloth and change the nozzle of the printer. If you do not use the ink cartridge, please install the cap in time.
Can the printer be charged?
